The Katherine Ballard - Eliyah Ballard team of Lux Debate Club got its second winning record (4-2) at the Fresno, California tournament, in April 2019, thus earning an invitation to the Stoa National Invitational Tournament of Champions ("NITOC")! This was quite an accomplishment for them, as it's Eliyah's (a 7th grader) first year of debate and Katherine's (an 8th grader) second year of debate. Way to go, girls!
